Permits & Plan Check. We pull LADBS plumbing permits and manage plan check when thresholds are triggered (e.g., fuel gas systems with >10 outlets).
Backflow & Cross-Connection. We install approved assemblies and coordinate annual tests per LADWP program requirements.
FOG (Grease) Rules for FSEs. Sizing and maintenance aligned to LAMC §64.30 & LA Sanitation rules so kitchens stay compliant.
CALGreen (Nonres Fixtures). We spec nonres lavs, kitchen faucets, metering, etc., to current flow limits so TIs pass inspection.
Seismic Gas Shutoff Valves. We install per LAMC §94.1217 when required (and permitted voluntary installs when owners want extra safety).
Water Heaters (Air District). Replacements meet SCAQMD Rule 1121 ultra-low NOx requirements; we can advise on emerging zero-emission timelines.
Street/ROW work. Sewer work in the public right-of-way uses the BOE S-Permit process—Bonded Sewer Contractor required. We coordinate end-to-end.
