We had a leak in the water valve behind our washing machine that prevented a new one from being delivered. We needed fast service and he came same day diagnosed that it was simply a broken valve handle and went out to a plumbing supply store to order a replacement. We always get 2 opinions on all our work and a 2nd plumber came and told us the whole valve needed to be replaced for over $1000 worth of work. He assessed the situation and answered all our questions. Let me tell you, I had lots of questions…. Sam, thank you for your patience! I could tell he was experienced and an expert in the trade. Sam kept me abreast of all that took place to ensure I understood the process of replacing piping and valves. I could literally feel my anxiety subsiding while he worked to correct all our issues.
